Our name, 24 Hour Towing and Recovery – Cars & Heavy Duty Semi Wrecker, means precisely that: we operate around the clock, because roadside problems don’t care what time it is. Families running late, workers on the clock, truckers hauling freight, travelers in unfamiliar territory, we can help them all. A flat tire doesn’t have to ruin a road trip. And running out of gas on the way to work doesn’t have to derail your morning. We’re here to keep minor setbacks from becoming major disruptions.
Our roadside assistance team handles it all: flat tire changes, jump starts for dead batteries, gas and diesel delivery, and car lockout service. Every truck is stocked, and every driver is trained to get you going again, without the hassle of a tow, if we can help it. You call. We answer—day or night. Just give us a call, we’re here to help!
Maybe the needle hit E, and you’re stranded. Maybe you’re sitting in a grocery store lot with a battery that won’t turn over, groceries melting in the trunk. No matter your situation, it’s time for action.
We’ve helped our community members and travelers on those same roads for over a decade. A dead battery doesn’t need a speech; it requires a jump. An empty tank doesn’t need a lecture; it needs fuel. From diesel delivery to trunk lockouts, we’re ready before most even look up directions. Trust our experienced operator to address your roadside emergency. No matter what it is, we’ll get you going again.
Since 2009, our roadside assistance company has operated as a family-owned business, focusing on hands-on service. We handle all calls directly, dispatching trained in-house operators equipped to address the most common roadside issues. These include flat tire changes, battery jump starts, fuel delivery (gasoline and diesel), and car lockout services.
We’re not running a franchise. We’re a family business and have been since 2009, right here in Kennewick. Our job is simple: keep people moving. We’ve outfitted our flatbeds, wreckers, and pickups to do just that without needing to tow you unless there’s no other choice. If we can change that tire on-site, we will. If it’s a jump you need, we’ll bring cables and get under the hood. And if you’re stuck in a weird, muddy spot that Google Maps doesn’t even name, we’ll still find you.
